Return
All sales on this site are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any product purchased on this site unless it is defective in some way. If you receive a defective product or if the order you received differs from your purchase, we will accept returns within 15 business days from the date we receive your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in which it was received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We also require that all returns be accompanied by a written statement detailing. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, please contact our customer service department and send your package to the following address:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 business days of your refund approval.

Exchanges

Shipping
Our products are shipped within 4-7 business days. We provide free shipping on any order, to all locations within Mexico. If you live outside of Mexico, additional shipping fees may apply. To return your product, you must mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
